This notice explains what personal information PlantSafe collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. If you have any questions, email hello@plant-safe.co.uk.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry using our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your company, phone number, the number of machines you have, what you're interested in, and your message. We also record the date and time and the internet (IP) address the form was sent from, to help us stop spam.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a demonstration or quote. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the information needed to provide our service for as long as you're a customer.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is sent by email to our team and stored on our secure web hosting in the UK. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for anything else.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking. The live demo at plant-safe.co.uk/demo uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in while you try it. Anything you enter in the demo is deleted when it resets each night.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@plant-safe.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
